Well Ezra dosnt die, he just turns into Snoke.
Snoke is Vader's butler from Rogue One.
Looks like we're getting a lot of double episodes in the final season: http://www.starwars.com/news/star-wars-rebels-season-four-viewing-schedule?cmp=smc|1083012630
First two episodes were...okay. I like Sabine. Lots of jetpack action. Maybe too much. Kind of got dull and samey in places? It was pretty weird how they ended episode one with "oh no, Sabine's own weapon killed her mother and brother!" then part two starts with "actually they're still alive somehow!" Ezra's still annoying. Kanan being blind is still pointless since it's made literally no difference to his abilities. Not really a blow away start to the final season.
Agreed, the colour palette didn't help either, dull featureless backgrounds don't make for great aninimation.
I like they make a big deal of the fact the stormtroopers are just stunned, then blow up the entire ship anyway.
I woonder how much sense this tory would have made to those that didn't watch Clone Wars, as it relies quite a bit on known who Bo Katan actually. Also Bo Katan hasn't seem to have aged in the last 20 years.
The new Rebel's Recon features both Andi in a t-shirt and Tiya in a dress, so there's that.
And once again they remind us just how much better Clone Wars looked (Mandalore used to have buildings in it!)
Part one of this week's was much better than the two parts of last week's combined, and would have made a more appropriate season opener since it was actually about the Rebellion. The scene with Saw and Mothma did a better job of getting across the point of his character than any of his scenes in Rogue One.
The second part wasn't as good since it was all in that cramped ship and Ezra and Saw's argument got repetitive.
Wedge still looks too young.
I really liked both of these episodes!
The first part was just a good fun action episode, and I liked the second episode because we actually got a Saw that was closer to what we got in Rogue One and Forest Whitaker was much less creepy than he was last season.
It's cool to see Yavin 4, A THING THEY DISCUSSED IN THIS WEEK'S REBELS RECON OKAY
I kind of would rather have seen whatever Rex and Kallus got up to in the Ghost than having to try to remember who the all the Lothal people are ("Old Joe!" That memorable character!)
And just show Kanan and Hera kissing already!
Only seen the first episode so far. Hard to believe the same bunch of people who have blown up two star destroyers in the last four episodes and who regularly bring down ATATs would struggle against 3 stormtroopers.
I liked both episodes, it was cool to see how fucked up the Empire had made Lothal and they even brought back Valen Rudor.
I liked the crews disgises and it was nice to see Hera's ear cones FINALLY. Also Sabine has new hair.
I LIKE THE TIE DEFENDER A LOT SO I LIKED THAT EPISODE A LOT TOO
They talk about TIE Defenders AND MORE in the Rebels Recon too!
First episode was good, second episode was average.
It's weird for them to bring back Rukh from the EU and then have Warwick Davies voice him if they're then going to make the character kind of bland and stick a whole bunch of processing on Warwick's voice.
BUT YEAH THE EPISODES WERE PRETTY GOOD it's good they kissed. Seth Green was there.
Here's the Rebels Recon where they spend the same amount of time they'd usually spend on one episode on two episodes now!
Oh no, Hera's going to die!
EDIT: Yeah, I made a mistake.
I LIKED THIS EPISODE. The X-Wing stuff at the start was very good and it's good to have a lot of Hera being a badass so that was also good.
They brought back Mart Mattin from the shitty Iron Squadron episode but it didn't matter because he was so different he might as well have been a new character.
These are things they talk about in the Rebels Recon too!
so was Warwick too busy to do the voice in this episode?
Was it not him? It's not like you can tell with the way they alter it.
