'Possible' and 'impossible' form a binary in which 'impossible' is an absolute. Nothing can be 'very impossible.' Now, between the binary points of 'possible' and 'impossible', there's a spectrum of probability. Like so:
(Impossible) --- ( [Very improbable --- Improbable --- Probable --- Very probable] = Possible). Notice that there are various levels of probability that all fall under the umbrella of 'possible' in that binary; 'impossible', on the other hand, is an absolute. There are no levels to it.
But you didn't know that. Because you're a subliterate halfwit.
