ESPN drops DreamHouse as sponsor for New Mexico Bowl

Army reaches deal to play in Independence Bowl in 2020s
Army's football team has found a postseason home. The Black Knights, who are one of only six independents playing at the FBS level, reached an agreement to play in the Walk-On's Independence Bowl in Shreveport, Louisiana, if they qualify for the postseason in 2020, 2022 and 2024. Army played in a bowl game in each of the previous three seasons. They have a 3-4 record, losing three in a row, going into Saturday's game against San Jose State.

And so it is finally set. That little meeting we’ve all been awaiting remains two weeks off. But Alabama and LSU are safely headed toward a showdown of unbeatens in Tuscaloosa. Which only means the run-up will be filled with so much hype, you cannot even imagine. Oh, and also that there will be much talk about "what if." As in: What if Alabama/LSU loses a close game, then wins out – would that team still get into the Playoff? But wait, what’s that out West? Oregon and Utah are in the race, too. November could be a lot of fun, all over. The football four--Ohio State (8-0), LSU (8-0), Alabama (8-0), Clemson (8-0). Four more--Penn State (8-0), Oregon (7-1), Georgia (6-1), Florida (7-1). A few more after that--Utah (7-1), Oklahoma (7-1), Baylor (7-0), Minnesota (8-0). Don’t be worried that your team sits just outside the cut.

Tiger Woods needs just seven more holes to match one of the PGA Tour's most esteemed records. But what appeared an easy stroll to his record-tying 82nd tour victory got at least a bit more interesting before darkness set at Accordia Golf Narashino Country Club on Sunday, as Hideki Matsuyama birdied his final two holes before play was halted due to darkness. Woods was leading by 5 just a few minutes earlier, but Matsuyama put a bit more drama into the remaining holes of the Zozo Championship, the first PGA Tour event ever to be played in Japan. Matsuyama is also 2 under for his round through 12 holes, 3 back of Woods. The Japanese star is the only player in the field who can rival Woods' popularity, and he is doing his best to make it interesting. The winner of 81 tour events, including this year's Masters, Woods has never failed to win when leading by at least 3 strokes heading into the final round. He made six birdies and two bogeys during the third round. After a 45-minute break, he went back out for the start of the fourth.

Gee, look who does the same exact thing as Blackfoot. Posts stupid spam about the exact same topic, with absolutely NO discussion, while "liking" Blackfoot's repetitive, stupid posts at the same time.

Why is that? :bigass:
