South Carolina legislators are expected to clear the final hurdle to giving the Carolina Panthers up to $120 million in tax breaks to move their practice fields and team headquarters out of North Carolina.
In an effort to add depth and competition at tight end the Panthers signed Ethan Wolf, one of 12 tryout players invited to last weekend's rookie camp, to a one-year contract. Wolf (6-5, 255) was undrafted out of Tennessee in 2018. He spent part of last season on Green Bay's practice squad.
