Changing Title Under My Name

I realize I'm sticking my dick on the chopping block for even asking around here, but I can't seem to find the option to change my user title anymore. Is it still an option and if so how do I do it?

Shouldnt be should be standard member feature. Just an option of in the acp ill change it tomo and drop a message here and one of uou can check it for me. I assumed it would be on as its not even remotely an special privilege feature
