Christmas tv adverts 2020

I know Christmas ads are cheesy but I love them anyway!

I'm delighted to see Wallace and Gromit on one. They NEVER get sold out to anything....

I can't get into any of this without @headvoid

That was a deeply strange variation on "getting stranded trying to get home for Christmas" -- it definitely didn't make me want to go drink a Coke... plus OMG SANTA IS A HIJACKER! 2/5

McDonald's want children to believe in reindeers long past the point of sanity.

This one is nice. Also on point, with the kid sitting in a tripped-out PC gaming chair.

LET YOUR INNER LITTLE CHILD BREAK OUT, BITCHES! 4/5

It's nice to know you can produce a holiday-themed remake of Flashdance that runs under 2 minutes. 3/5

The Sainsbury's ad is in three parts for some reason, and they had to turn off comments on the first part because racists are always outraged when NON WHITE PEOPLE are shown celebrating Christmas (which was of course invented in WHITE ENGLAND by WINSTON SHAKESPEARE.)

The comments on the second part are funny.

Amazon want you to remember there's a pandemic (so you'll shop on Amazon.)

And to enjoy items the size of a pencil packed in a box the size of a wardrobe.

I seriously think Tesco are trolling the youtube commentors as they literally put a disabled black man in their advert.

Comments turned off of course.

Hah. I saw the comments on the Sainsbury’s one. Mostly racists saying they’d boycott Sainsbury’s and shop at Tesco instead...

That one made me bawl wtf
the part where she is laying on her bed. LIKE I AM DOING NOW!

Amazon want you to remember there's a pandemic (so you'll shop on Amazon.)

Kids must really love the Aldi carrot.

Asda ad has a lot of downvotes but to be fair it's not very good.

He should have asked Santa to train the dog better too -- he'll probably be sending the jacket back to Santa next year too.

They should have thrown in more references to the movie "Clerks", like 'I'm not even supposed to BE here today!"

Here are some kids singing about LEGO!

Didn't really expect the part where Grandma nearly says "fuck." Things have changed since OUR DAY.

But... There isn't a LEGO Saturday Night Fever set, is there?
