Looks like you are probably SOL Darth:

A member sanctioned by the permanent ban shall have the right to make one appeal of the ban to the administrators. The appeal can be made only after 30 days have passed since the imposition of the Permanent Ban and must be emailed to [email protected] by the person who was banned.

This is a second appeal you're after, isn't it?

I beleive these are the amended guidelines modified after my permaban. Therefore, I beleive I would be "grandfathered" and be held to the standards under the preceding guidlines, which did not have a limit of appeals.
