Spamming is all in good fun, here; hell, it's practically a tradition.
But he doesn't even create his own spam, he just copy/pastes external content and adds not a character, let alone a word, of his own to it.
If that doesn't get him Daycared, you might as well cut down on server resources by deleting Daycare off the board. The guy contributes literally nothing. Throw him in the goddamn box until he can at least contribute spam and trolling that he personally composed.
