DVDs using Nero 6 Ultimate Edition

Anyone know a way to *ahem* "override" the "error message" I get when trying to "import" a disc?? That's not too vague is it? I have some Kids stuff I'd like to "backup" onto a dvd. Using Nero 6 Ultimate Edition.

Nero 6.7.0 does everything for me. No "error" messages when i import. but then it was installed on my computer as part of the package. Nero Start Smart & the more recent shit is just fucked up & gives me issues!
