That's funnny -- just today, I watched a youtube clip from Big Time. I was googling looking to see if there was any backstory to that song "shore Leave" from Swordfishtrombones and found i.

I think Shore Leave is an incredible piece of songwriting. Lonely, haunted, filled with yearning. Working the letter into the chorus is brilliant.
