FINAL REQUEST....
I am issuing a final request for the removal of all Libelous, Slanderous, or otherwise illegal material relating to "Verne", "Verne Munroe", "The Ranter", "theTRUTH", or "TheRanter.net" and also any other account which is attempting to impersonate me, Verne Munroe.

ANY AND ALL SUCH MATERIAL MUST BE REMOVED BY JANUARY 1st, 2008 OR THE FOLLOWING WILL OCCUR.

Failure to comply with this request will result in me filing a complaint with DomainsByProxy.com (henceforth referred to as DBP).

Your site is currently in violation of the Proxy Agreement set forth by DBP

If you go to DBP's website and click on "How Private Registrations Work" you'll see a list, and at the bottom of that list it says:

"But don't even think about using our services to spam, violate the law or engage in morally objectionable activities."

And when you hold your cursor over the words "morally objectionable activities." you get the following list of things that are considered "morally objectionable":

Including but not limited to those which are:

Child Pornographic
Harmful to Minors
Defamatory
Abusive
Threatening
Harassing
Tortious
Obscene
Racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or
Involve hate crimes or terrorism

The ones in bold with underlining are the ones which have been violated by this site and users in its/their attitude towards me.

Take a look at the Proxy Agreement under Legal Issues, Section 4, Sub-section G, you'll find the following:

If it comes to DBP's attention that You are using DBP's services for purposes of engaging in, participating in, sponsoring or hiding Your involvement in, illegal or morally objectionable activities, including but not limited to, activities which are designed, intended to or otherwise: (i) appeal purely to the prurient interests of third parties; (ii) defame, embarrass, harm, abuse, threaten, or harass third parties; (iii) violate state or federal laws of the United States and/or foreign territories; (iv) involve hate crimes, terrorism and child pornography; (v) are tortious, vulgar, obscene, invasive of a third party's privacy, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (vi) impersonate the identity of a third party; (vii) harm minors in any way; or (viii) relate to or transmit viruses, Trojan Horses, access codes, backdoors, worms, timebombs or any other code, routine, mechanism, device or item that corrupts, damages, impairs, interferes with, intercepts or misappropriates any software, hardware, firmware, network, system, data or personally identifiable information.

Again, the bold and underlined text pertain to what I have experienced, and continue to experience on theranter.com.

The material I am requesting be removed is material which violates your agreement with DBP.

Violation of the Proxy Agreement nullifies the agreement, and thus, you lose your domain, theranter.com.

I DO NOT WANT TO SHUT DOWN THERANTER.COM, BUT I WILL NOT HAVE SLANDEROUS AND LIBELOUS THINGS ABOUT ME ON THE INTERNET,
FOR THEY CAN BE READ BY ANYONE, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

And I care less about your website than I do my own personal image, so I WILL NOT HESITATE TO FILE A COMPLAINT, AND PUSH FOR THE REMOVAL OF YOUR DOMAIN, if my request is not met.

The reason I am taking this course of action is because it's more than clear to me that the only reason people want me to stick around, is because they want someone to mess with, and to make fun of, a monkey that they can poke with a stick, and I will no longer be your monkey.

Either the slander and libel will stop, and I will continue to make posts and such, or I will file a complaint, and shut down your site.

The latter can only be avoided by the Admins of this site complying with my request to have the offensive material removed.

AGAIN, I DO NOT WANT TO SHUT DOWN THERANTER.NET, BUT I DON'T WANT THE LIBELOUS AND SLANDEROUS MATERIAL ON THE INTERNET MORE THAN I DON'T WANT TO SHUT DOWN YOUR SITE, SO IF ON JANUARY 1ST, 2008 THE OFFENDING MATERIAL IS STILL PRESENT, I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH DBP, AND YOU ARE LOSING YOUR DOMAIN NAME.

So let's make this easy for everyone, and just carry out my request.

Sorry it has to be this way, but I've made numerous requests to remove said material, and nothing has come of it, so now I'm taking it into my own hands, and it will be removed one way or another...
