A lot of people (idiots) were posting "HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS FANS LOL" because he looked tired at fan events in recent years. Turns out he was attending those events while suffering from stage 3 bowel cancer, knowing that he might not have long to live. So maybe people should think before posting stupid shit on Twitter (they won't.)
