Remember that exchange of dialogue from the pilot episode of Firefly? Maybe you do, maybe you don’t; it’s been a long damn while since it aired, and if you’re not a Browncoat, you’ve probably never heard it even the one time. Funny exchange, though, and the reason it is funny is, of course, because of the conflict inherent to doing something intrinsically, intensely impolite… “politely.”

So maybe Mineeapolis Mayor Jacob Frey (D, of course) is a comic genius, because according to reporting from Breitbart, he sent out an appeal to Minneapolis rioters yesterday to practice social distancing and wear masks while they set about to destroy their city.

That’s right, kids, remember to cover your mouth — and keep your pinky finger extended like a cultured and refined psycho — when you throw that molotov cocktail.
