Sheepskin from IKEA. Got it for Old Cat to lay on. Old Cat mostly hated it but would consent to use it as a pillow for her head on occasion New Cat thinks it is awesome sauce. I sometimes use it as a blanket when napping and I have a picture of Old Dog modeling it as a sheep dog in sheep's clothing.

I was having a pretty good day. Cooler, low humidity, spent some hours doing yard work, afterward some time in the back yard with some iced tea and a book. Grilling food.

Then I found out a few hours ago someone was stabbed to death a few blocks from my house.
