I liked it, it answered questions, it raised questions.

Questions answered
Is the plane the real plane from a different reality, or a fake.
A fake (if the captain isnt lying)

Widmore is against Ben (again if the captain isnt lying)

Who is Bens man on the boat, Micheal.

Who are the last two oceanic six, Sun, and maybe Jin, but he could have died on the island and his body brought home, meaning someone else could be the 6th

New questions

Is Jin dead, and if so, under what circumstances?

Where did that boat come from they went fishing on?

How come everyone else is clean shaven but Jack?
 
Desmond and Charlie took a little boat to the Look Glass. Was it that boat? Can't remember where that came from either though...

If we count Aaron is one of the Oceanic Six, we know them all.

Okay episode, not as choppy as last week's. I'm hoping Jin is still alive somehow, because he's one of the few throughly redeemed, decent characters. Remember, the crash was faked, so if Sun managed to get off the island without Jin she would have to pretend to the outside world that he died. So the grave could be a fake and Hurley and Sun going there could just be for appearances (Widmore's men watching them?) Sun was crying because Jin is trapped on the island with no way off. Hope so anyway.

Kate is such a bitching, gossping about the other girls to Sun to make her paranoid but failing to mention that Locke rules his camp like a dictator and keeps a guy tied up with a grenade in his mouth (has he exploded yet, by the way? That's three episodes now without Miles.)

Sun is a bitch for not giving Jin any say in the decision to move to Locke's camp (oh, and for the affair...bitch.)

Juliet is a bit of a bitch for telling Jin about the affair.

Charlotte is probaby a bitch (no character developent yet so who knows.)

Claire is not a bitch but she'll probably die.

They really need to try writing female characters without making them bitches (or dead.)

The grave visit was cute sad because they played the sad music.

Juliet is a huge bitch for telling Jin like that. Jin was an asshole to Sun, so I can't blame her for getting some sweet sweet loving on the side.

I don't think Kate actually knows about the grenade in Miles' mouth.

If Widmore owns the boat, then that means he and the mysterious black dude work together. I've been wondering if they were on the same team.
 
It's possible that Abaddon's (black guy's) team have their own agenda. He could be a good guy, since Naomi, Frank, Dan, Charlotte and Miles don't seem all that evil. And he could have got his good team on the ship of evil guys (captain, doctor, big muscular guy all have an evil vibe!) somehow.
 
If we take the flash forwards and try and put them in order, I reckon it must be..

1 Sun, as we see none crazy Hurley
2 Kate, none bearded Jack
3 Hurley, Jack thinking of growing a beard
4 Sayid, just guessing at this one really
5 Crazy Jack, wants to go back

and huge speculation

6 Taller Walt and his mentally projecting himself back into teh island malarkey, possibly in an atempt to get time to go differently this time.
 
the captain didnt seem that evil, sure he didnt let anyone dive after the woman, but lets face it, shes wearing heavy chains and the ship is in deep water.

You cant swim far enough down to get to her, shes going to the bottom, and if you could follow her down, you wouldnt have enough air to get back up.

He did the smart thing by not risking any more of his crew to save one who had already made her mind up to kill herself

I've thought about Walt projecting himself back in time since way back in season two. My theory was that, as he and Michael were leaving the island, he projected himself back to try and save Shannon (who he liked, he gave her Vincent) but accidently caused her death by leading her to Ana Lucia. A pre-destination paradox quite thing!

BTW, when Jin mentioned that Sawyer had been teaching him english, did anyone else expect him to say "son of a bitch!"

Another puzzle, if his name is Jin, why does it sound so different when Sun calls for him in Korean?

Surely your name is the same in any language?
 
who wrote "DONT TRUST THE CAPTAIN"? Was that Michael on Ben's orders?

I really don't want Jin to die. Even after knowing about Sun's affir, he admitted he'd deserved it and he forgave her. He really has been trying to do the right thing. Plus, he's become miraculously fluent in English - can't let that go to waste.
 
I don't want Jin to die because he's one of the few purely "good guys" left. Everyone else is a murderer (Locke, Kate, Sawyer though I like him anyway, Sayid's a future murderer), attempted murderer (Jack), bitch (Kate again, Sun) or fat (Hurley, Juliet's tits). Jin and Claire are the only ones who haven't done anything too evil and they seem the two most likely to die next!
 
Just because Jin has a grave, dosnt mean he is dead.

I dont think it was drugs had Sun calling his name out in the hospital, she probably just forgot he is under cover.

On lost no-one is dead unless you see them die on screen, even then you cant be too sure.
 
I don't think Sun has done anything evil. Having an affair isn't exactly evil.
 
Of course we dont know for sure who threw the boyfreind out the window, except it wasnt Jin.
 
She killed an unarmed other last season. She lies a lot.

AND YES HAVING AN AFFAIR IS EVIL JESUS SAID SO.

EDIT: the boyfriend killed himself...I suppose it's possible Sun was hiding and killed him.
 
How many people did Jin kill or beat the crap out of before coming to the island? None of them were angels. I think the evil chicks get the bad wrap, cause no one likes to think of girls doing anything wrong.. but guys have affairs all the damn time and no one calls them evil, except the women they cheat on. If Sawyer was banging a couple girls on the island everyone would think it was cool, cause he's bad to the boner.
 
I dont think Jin every killed anyone before coming to the island, and he was the only one who didnt manage to kill some others when they attacked them on the beach.
 
I don't think Jin killed anyone in Mister Paik's employ, otherwise surely they would have shown us that. He did beat a few people up. But he was only working for him (SUN'S EVIL DAD BY THE WAY) to provide for his new wife. And he's redeemed himself. Sun never would have told him about the affair if Juliet hadn't blurted it out.

I do agree about female characters getting a harder time than the guys. Though surely the writers shoud know this and stop having Kate be bitchy all the time, and Juilet be suspicious; and introudcing Charlotte by having her hit all the other girls on the head and tell Daniel not to "confuse anyone" is just begging for her to be hated too. Maybe the producers just hate women?

Sawyer has to get all the women on the island pregnant or else he'll explode, remember.
 
JJ and Calton Cuse dont look like the sort of guys who got a lot of action when they where younger, so I imagine they built up a lot of resentment towards women along the way.

Also bear in mind women who get pregnent die, Libby, Ana Lucia and Shannon have all been shot, and Nikki was buried alive.
