First of all, it's allowed in the Badlands, same as the other moronic flooding/spamming always has been. So no one really HAS to clean up after it.;)

It's like this. If someone keeps cleaning up after them, then it will be expected that someone MUST clean up and there will be no place for spamming and flooding, so we will end up having to create yet another fourm for spamming and flooding and there will be people insisting on rules for whats allowed in the badlands and those rules will spread like black mold over the rest of TK and the next thing you know we will have 4 mods for each forum, a 60 second flood control, people being warned and banned for spam and all naughty words in the word filter.

See what cleaning up can lead to? DISASTER!
