so I was in Ottawa the same day as Obama

and by sheer fluke our hotel was a block away from the Parliament buildings - cops EVERYWHERE, roads closed, barricades up - the cortage went right by us!
but of course they speed by so quickly we didnt see anything, even if we could tell which car he was actually in. Still, excitement in the usually quiet colonial capital.
went to visit my bro's house which is right by the Bywater Market where Himself got the Beavertail - we couldn't figure out why all the Press were hanging around with their cameras interviewing peeps until we got back and saw it on TV. Every day whilst we were there they had a huge line up at the Beavertail shed.
Talk about good for business!

4 has NO place to buy soccer jerseys in February!
