Was it kinder or more spam-tolerant?

I always thought that the only 'real' issue was people bitching about spamming of the forum that was created for spamming.

The only reason I went along with it was to prove to DL that regulation was not needed. Who was the first one who asked to have spam cleaned up and merged etc etc? Who complained against the flooding? Y'all wanted moderators so you could clean up the spam so missmanners came up with a plan. Was it good enough for you? No, you complained about that. At one point y'all were sending her PM's requesting LC or DL or someone to be mod-but then when she (LC) becomes mod, even because she voted herself in-y'all bitch about that?
Do ya think she was excited to "do" for y'all at that point? No. Do you think she wanted to clean up the spam in the first place? No. But she did.
