Apparently your Neutronium-encrusted skull can't grasp this so I'll say it again. There is no double standard. Pictures are fair game, what went on in the removed thread regarding our ###### friend isn't.

Are you arguing about what the rules ARE or what you WANT them to be? If it's the former, you've been shown over and over that you're flat out wrong. If it's the latter, you're talking to the wrong guy. There's one person that changes policy around here, and it ain't me. As far as pictures from someone's Facebook page goes, where do you think J&L got mine? And no, I didn't give him permission. The fact that it doesn't bother me at all that he used it is beside the point. Even if it pissed me off, he would have been within his rights to do it.

It is not. I will not divulge private discussions I had with TK members, but at least one member did not approve of his picture being "stolen" from a social networking website, and used in the video.

Furthermore, J&L used several pictures unposted previously at TK without asking permission. The fact that most of them happened to be sports with that was a strike of luck, but that doesn't make his actions any less wrong.
