There may be an actual secret, but for me it's just "click a lot and hope the server has a hiccup while you're doing it."

I'm on a laptop with a touchpad, which does make it easier to get a whole lot when it does work.

Ah. I disabled my laptop touchpad. I much prefer the wireless mouse.
