Maybe the enterprise is like the tumbler, and when it gets wrecked, smaller, but still fully functional ships separate from the wreckage.

I "like" how Carol Marcus still hasn't had any lines but we have seen her in her underwear. Also Chekov and Sulu don't seem to exist anymore.

Is destroyng Alcatraz a reference to JJ's terrible cancelled tv show? Probably.

I think we've well established that this will be a big dumb action movie so we're just thinking of it as a big dumb action move at least it looks like a pretty one.
 
I also "like" how apparently all of Starfleet command meet up in one room so that Harrison can kill them with his space-helicopter, as apparently subspace communication doesn't work in this timeline.
 
Ah, finally, a sci-fi film with tits and explosions. I was getting so bored of this high-concept human condition crap we see everywhere these days.
 
I'm just disappointed at the lack of slapstick (but Scotty looking at a fish in that other trailer was promising!)

Well it certainly looks good, but I feel as though I've seen the whole movie now.

Except for the bit right at the beginning when someone utters a throwaway line about Chekov having died in between the two movies.
 
Technically speaking, Chekov shouldn't even have been there till season 2 anyway.

And there were plenty of episodes that didn't have Sulu.

In the picture Marcus has an expression like "yes, I have tits, will you get changed into your scuba gear now?"
 
Or "yes I'm an AUGMENT JUST LIKE HARRISON, NOW LET US CONCEIVE OUR SUPERIOR CHILD DAVID AND ALSO SOMETHING ABOUT HARRY MUDD."
