Time travel movies that make sense

CaptainWacky

I want to smell dark matter
Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure
Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban

I don't think there's any others.

Marty McFly loses out eh?

All the movies that travel forward in time get neglected in discussions like this.

Abrams' star track no doubt one of those flix where time traveling makes NO SENSE yes?

The Voyage Home? PROBABLY NOT.

The Voyage Home? PROBABLY NOT.

I wonder what RL physicists have to think & say ABOUT THAT? THAT being Trek's Slingshotting the Sun Time Travel!

How about "The Time Machine" with that (at the time) handsome Aussie guy, Rod Taylor (1960) and the remake in 2002 with that other handsome Aussie guy, Guy Pearce.

I'm sure none of those make no sense. I can't be bothered researching it though.

Star Trek: First Contact

Temporal wake? What the fuck is that?

I'd like to be caught in a tempura wake.

Donnie Darko.

AbramsTrek made perfect sense... especially if you watched LOST (which was really about time travel).

Lost and "makes sense" in the same sentence!?

The Time Machine did make complete sense, but it was quite a straightforward journey into the future, back again briefly to tell everyone "hey I went to the future!" And then back to the future. The time traveller never returned home. Probably.

Oh yeah I read that it motivated me to start Thing Through Time which is now on constant hiauts.

I hope I never time travel.

What if it's to save a kitten?

Maybe a blond twink boy with a kittenish demeanor.

Looper made no sense but acknowledged it and just told the audience to go with it.

I support this approach.
