Poor Loktar, you should've taken that option while it was possible. Classichummus might have something available for you (I think he needs an actual roommate, not a slave-type situation as I was offering).

Is it not melting or decaying in any way with climate change?

We aren't getting nearly as much snow as we usually do this year. Skiing conditions are dreadfully poor. :(
 
Everybody in the world passed out for five minutes at the same time, and when we all came too the board looked like this. It was the only change.
