As any old timer knows - an inexcusably amateur tactic. Spamming for 100d's an telling people where to chase him if anyone still will is the bulk of the thing.

Could be it, although I am not sure there is anything brilliant to say about San Francisco. Which would explain why hy it took anyone so long to realize you were right.
