I can believe this. In my younger days during college I used to work the night shift at a gas station. Its during that time of my life that I came to the conclusion that the general public are a bunch of morons.

I wish there was some way of incorporating results-based feedback into a system of weighted voting. 2-time Bush voters would thus be reduced to like 1/10 of a vote until they cleaned up their acts.
