I remember when this forum wasn't full of chest-beating shit and not the lowest possible denominator for newbies too lazy to become noticeable through a way other than spamming.

I don't post here much. I actually post in the MF more which isn't that much either.

It was fun when it sequestered Ranters though.
 
It was good. Gonad & Love Child were settling in nicely, then that clumsy oaf came in like a Drunken bull in a china shop on speed.

Yeah, right before the whole forum was DELETED TWO OR THREE FUCKING TIMES.

Yeah, honestly, I miss the days when Gonad, Kerb, And Love Child posted here more. They're the ones that made me fall in love with The Badlands in the first place.

But that Badlands is gone. Missmanners deleted that Badlands and Neil left forever because of it. Then Cow amused himself by rubbing salt in the wound.

So what do you do about it?

Well, if your name is Gagh or Messenger, I guess you piss and moan and bitch about it, throw a couple million negs at anyone that disagees with you, exploit a couple hacks, and harrass your favorite admin until the little baby gets his bottle.

But my name is THE FUCKING DORK LORD, and that's not how I handle things. I took what was left, and I helped rebuild it into a COMMUNITY. Maybe it's not as hip and charming as it once was, but it's a hell of a lot more focused. More unified. Closer. Meaner.

The Badlands became what it is today to survive.

I didn't do it alone, and I'd never pretend that any of this would without Love Child, Dual, Ily, Dershocka, Locktar, and all the others.

They all know what it means to actually contribute to a project, instead of sitting on the sidelines, bitching about it ;)
