220 story stone statues must be built of President Barack Obama in Queens, NY, Fort Lauderdale, FLA, Chicago, Ill, New Orleans, LA, Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, San Francisco, CA, Juneau, AK & Honolulu, HI.

Future US, & non-US locations {Canadian locales, Europe, Asia, Australia]. would get these statues in the future.

The statues would have a winding staircase in the middle going from ground level to very top. Plus escalators, elavators, the works {eateries, malls, movie theaters, entc ent al} inside.

The head would have anti-aircraft radar & working eye lasers should al Qaeda or Iran try anything. These statues would be chock'o'block of terrorism busters.

They would be a wise expenditure of tax dollars, would create jobs galore & protect America to boot.

I name this the worst thread of 27 June. It's risky, because the day's only half over, but I'm pretty confident that I'll be vindicated at midnight.
 
I'm glad he didn't mention Philly as a destination for one of those craptacular statues. I'd've gone out of my way to destroy it.

Be redundant with 1 so "close by" up in Queens. At 220 stories high, might the BO Statue be visible from the Phila. Metro Area:phpquestion:

I suppose these statues could also double as wind generation stations. Maybe 40 story tall rotor blades sticking out of each ear and one out of the ass for good measure.

Maybe on a hyper clear day or night, folks on a high hill or tall skyscraper in Philly {or suburbs} could see the BO Statue up in Queens:)

I respect the office of the President, but I have to ask: what has President Obama done thus far to merit such honors?

Let's see if he can make a real difference, and if he's truly a stand-up guy, he won't want such empty things.

I'm disappointed you didn't assign one to Portland. :(

If we don't get one, I'll finance and build ours with my own bare hands. It's the least I, or really, any of us can do to say thank you to Barack. He's sacrificing so much to save us; don't we owe him something in return?

Portland, OR will be an awesome location.

Would be visible from hundreds of miles in all directions.Mountains, out at sea, towns, farms, entc ent al.

Every major city in North America should eventually have one. Canada & Mexico have many great cities & locations.

Sorry'bout overlooking Portland, OR:frown:

Well, he's likely not going to be like Hitler. However, many of his policies are very similar to Mussolini's style of Fascism. Read up on Mussolini's philosophy of The Corporate State, and you'll see a striking similarity to Obama's policies.
