Ok. I know everyone says the third date is the one where you get lucky.

What is 2nd date etiquette? Do you go for....what exactly?

I fucking hate this dating crap!
 
Depends on what you achieved on the first one, methinks. If you have succeeded in french kissing and a little petting, it could very well be that she's willing to have sex on the 2. date. If the first one ended with a 'see ya' and a light kiss on the cheek (the one in your face, that is), you will have to endure an evening of listening to her and other gentlemanly behaviour. If that doesn't get the french-kissing and petting started, search for an easier target.

LOL WHAT DO I KNOW? My last date was 1999, and as I already stated somewhere in another thread, I've always been eeeaaasy anyway :D
 
Petting? I'm allergic to cats and dogs.

Nothing happened at all on first date. *sigh* I am shy. Not even a hand shake. This sucks. Maybe I'll cancel and not worry about it.
 
LOL. Yeah. We have a second date set up for late saturday night for drinks.

I can be a pimpin' mack daddy playa over texting, e-mail and facebook. I just clam up in person and get shy.

I got divorced 5 years ago and almost immediately starting dating another girl which lasted four years. It's been almost a year since I was out on a date since I hate 1st dates.
 
Ah. See, I turned into a total SLUT after my divorce (about 6 years ago), and became somewhat of a hermit since then. I pretty much only have online relationships now, and usually I can't even handle those!
 
Nothing happened on the first date. Fine. Nothing has to happen on first dates. She obviously digs you, or she wouldnt be going out with you again.

Dont expect anything on this second date, but considering you mentioned drinks will be involved, Id guess that she wants you to try something. Take it slow and dont be forceful. Stay within your comfort zone, and then it her with the surprize butt secks.

I am all over the map with this one.
I quit making the first move ages ago
so I let the guy make all the moves.
Although I think I will start attacking guys again, that was fun.
Two recent dates I went on ended with hugs. WTF? LOL I want more!
But I suppose it was actually appropriate for the 2 given situations.
One gentleman I dated last summer didn't kiss me forever,
the first time he touched my lips he gently traced the outside of my lips
with his fingers and that was it
OMG-I was dripping wet
it was torture
when I finally got to kiss him it was heaven.
