A question for gamers

I don't know from games since my coleco football thingamabob back in the 70s but I'm considering a PS3 and I was wondering what the premier gamer mags out there. I thumb through a few now and again but I can't tell the good ones from the bullshit which means I need help from those of you into it yourselves.

Any suggestions?

According to big-boards.com, it's the third most popular message board system on the net. And, due to the fact that it's a gamer site, I'd say it's THE most popular gamer site on the web. I'm sure they have good reccomends.

I get all my gamer tips exclusively from the internet. Google is your friend.
