Yeah. Several years ago, I was watching "City on the Edge of Forever" and happened to notice Kirk and Edit walk by Floyd's barber shop... that when I started paying attention to other eps and saw it was the same set.

After a little research: the story on that is...
AGS was filmed on a lot in Culver City called the "forty acres" or the "back forty"... though it was actually only 29 acres. Originally owned by RKO, the north end of this property was where Gone With The Wind was filmed. Desilu bought it in 1957 and set up the AGS lot on the south end, and used the whole thing for "on location" filming for several of its shows including Trek.
The forty acres was bulldozed in 1976 to make way for an industrial park.
