It's more of a 'heist/caper/swindle' movie than a crime action movie. And with all the 70s wigs and wardrobe and bad accents, it teeters between spoof and straight comedy and drama. Bradley Cooper's choices are bizarre, but I guess if you really want it bad enough you can decide to call it 'genius'. But I wouldn't.
