Baseball game delayed on account of... fish.
Reportedly, an osprey flew over the stadium in the eighth inning while carrying a fish. Unfortunately for the osprey, a bald eagle wanted that fish -- that or it just didn't like the osprey* -- and so had been harassing the osprey, causing the osprey to drop said fish into shallow right field. The eagle circled around lining up a run to swoop in and grab the dropped fish, but one of the baseball players ran out of the dugout and got to the fish first.
So that's a nice two-fer for the fans. Pay regular price to see one baseball game, catch a little bout of avian fish football for free.
*Probably the bald eagle had a problem with the osprey because the osprey had been copying and pasting ESPN headlines without commenting on anything, then whoring said lazy shit in places where said whoring did not belong. You pickin' up what I'm layin' down here, stoop anchor?
