It is the part of my job that I hate.
The part in the afternoon where we are just sitting there waiting
I could go home
I would rather be home
or out doing something

What does the person who finishes all of their tasks get rewarded with?
More work.
Not time off.
It doesn't matter that I am really efficient at finishing everything-
when I get bored he gets annoyed
I'm like, "really I got it all done"
So sometimes I fake it
I pretend like I am doing something again, or over, or re-organizing
what a fucking waste.
 
I hate busywork. It sucks when there are no customers and everything is cleaned, filled, and organized.

and half the work requires his help anyway because he is sort of a micro manager-and has his name on everytyhing-so nothing can leave without his approval. Its all good, it makes sense
