Right now it looks like you can nominate those who are "citizens", that is, regular BL's that are listed in a yet-to be stickied thread. (Although FBI has already raised the question of board-wide nominees, we will have to discuss and decide that one further.

That's tricky. As per mm's rules, the mods dictate the rules for the Badlands. That means that it depends on the mod if they will let the Badlanders vote on the rules or if they will try to play Little Stalin and just set them in stone. Good reason to think about who you vote for, imo.

Since we have 2 mods with overlapping terms, elections will have to be held every 2 months.
