It seems glass are finding more and more ingenious ways to break in my house.
After last week and the spontaneously breaking for no reason glass, last night I had the most complicated and conveluted way ever for a glass to break.
I went to the kitchen cupboard to find some lemsips for my wife, as I opened the door, a heavy jar of coffee fell out.
This happened too fast for me to catch it, since I had one hand on the cupboard door, and the other down by my side.
The coffee jar landed on a plate left on the counter from tea, the plate jumped with the impact, throwing the knife that was on the plate into a glass that was near the plate, the impact of that knife was enough to send that glass from the counter to the floor, where it shattered into approximately 15,000 peices.
I picked up the biggest ones and binned them, and hoovered up the rest, taking about quarter of an hour to make sure I got it all, then I went back to the cupboard to get the lemsips, and this time a smaller jar of coffee fell out and hit another glass on the counter.
Luckily I was onto their little game and managed to catch this one.
I dont know why the glasses in my house dont like 2008, because this is the 4th to crack or shatter this year, all within one month.
Which is annoying as every glass I lose means I have to wash up that much more regularly in order to get a clean glass.
