I never had so much anxiety in my life before. I never even used that word. I can name at least 3 panic attacks I have had in the last year. One being tonight.
I get that way every few days.
I do some exercise, cross country ski, smoke some pot and play on the computer.
That usually helps.
Beer and a good cigar helps me with my anxiety.Well, I don't have panic attacks. But I worry about shit a lot sometimes. Covid doesn't help.
CBD does, as well as a glass of wine and a little bud.
