I've been stabbed with a pencil a couple of times, when I forget to put it in my pocket point-side down.

Seriously, I once fended off a would-be-mugger with box cutter. Cut him right on the edge of his lip, and he screamed like an 8-year-old girl.

Once in my left calf (Stabbed), the another on my upper arm (just a slice), and one on my left thumb just above the first knuckle from were I grabbed the guy's knife hand.
