Use a different port. Pretty much the only thing I can think of - the ISP's still gonna see that you're downloading 700 or however many MB and it's not gonna be very hard for them to figure out what you're doing.

aside from proxies, which hide your traffic's destination IPs, the best advise I've heard is just simply always be downloading.

the ISP is tracking bandwidth usage - they are looking for IPs that stick out of the normal download download download pattern, namely, the dude who's seeding to many clients with all available upstream bandwidth. you are much less likely to get noticed (and thus throttled) if you always have something in the downstream. that way your upstream bandwidth is just a part of the swirling storm of traffic.

that will keep your downloading on the down low (lame joke) but you can't ever really hide it. all it takes it for a network engineer to inspect your network traffic to see that you are using a torrent client. even with proxies, they see a huge amount of bandwidth going to and from a known torrent proxy... they can't track what you're downloading but they can see that you are.
