Nova's hair in Planet of the Apes was pretty wild. And Dr. Zera's coiff was always impeccable, especially in the sequel where she and Cornelius escape to 1973 Earth.

I suppose shows like Jericho, Fallen Skies and BSG can be let off the hook a little since everyone still lives in towns/battlestars and has enough downtime to faff about with their hair. They should work it into the plot sometime.
