Voice: That's debatable!
(Shot of Billy looking angry then LASHING OUT at someone with long blond hair.)
Billy: I only have one question...
(Shot of a pretty blond girl crying while Billy looms over her.)
Billy: Why so normal?
(QUICK CUTS of Billy riding a bike, reading a bible, eating a big sausage on a fork, some girls laughing, Billy pulling out a gun, screaming people running, a warehouse full of people in cages, crying out, the blond girl behind bars, a single tear rolling down her face, Billy putting on a nazi armband.)
Billy: My masterwork is complete.
Girl: You don't have to do this!
Billy: It is my destiny.
Girl: You told me there was no such thing as destiny, that the world was random and full of death!
Billy: It was.
(Close-up on Billy's determined face.)
Billy: But now I'm in charge.
(Quick shot of Billy running from the cops, hiding in the bushes, taking out his gun.)
Billy: I won't let you stop me.
(Billy comes up behind the cops with his gun.)
Billy: I'm ordering the Universe!
(Shots ring out. Blank screen.)
