So it’s that time again, one of three times a year when I can be totally homosexual and gossip over Red Carpet fashions. Here are notable red carpet pics from the 2006 Emmy Awards:

This one’s for Mirah. Jamie-Lynn is looking pretty good. Love the off-the-shoulder dress, it’s my favorite look!

I don’t know who Janel Maloney is, but this dress is too “office Christmas party” for me. HATE the colour!

Felicity has a pretty decent body, but I really don’t find her face attractive. Nice cut of the dress, but once again I HATE the colour!!

I don’t know who Carrie Ann Inaba is, but I actually like the colour of this dress! The red faux sash really sets it off nicely:

I’m sorry, but Vanessa Manillo would look sexy in a dress made out of trashbags and gum. She is so much prettier than Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey is really taking a step up. Just a beautiful color for her skin tone!

Wow! Judy Reyes is pretty smokin’! Who knew she had a body like that, underneath those nurse’s scrubs. I really like this color on her, and the faux belt design is really eye-catching!

Amy Poehler is a cute woman, but this dress isn’t very flattering. It makes her look even shorter than she is. Colour is nice, though, very unique.

Tina Fey, on the other hand, chose a dress that is super-flattering to her. Don’t like the color, but the accents around the waist and bustline are nice.

Kyra is positively YUMMY in this dress! She’s my one celebrity crush!

Who knew that computer nerd Chloe O’Brien cleaned up this good? I love the style of both of these dresses, very classy and elegant. LOVE the colour of Kim Raver’s dress. I’d marry that colour if I could!

Not the most flattering dress for Eva Longoria, but I like the plunging neckline.

Jean Smart is pretty sexy for a woman in her 50’s! Hot Gramma!

This colour is absolutely exquisite. Gotta post two pictures of this one. Ellen Pompeo looks like she’s actually gained a bit of weight, which is a GOOD thing! Fantastic, best dress so far.

Another beautiful colour, this dress looks super on Mary McCormack.

Looks like Lorraine Bracco has been eating all the food Nicole Richie leaves behind. I mean, seriously, this is something my Italian great-grandmother would wear to a wedding!

This dress is pretty plain, but I just think Rachel Harris is so darn cute!!

Hoochie mama! Glad that Sofia Milos let the girls out to play last night! Awesome color, but the flowers at her cleavage line are a bit much, don’t you think?

Don’t like the colour of Portia’s dress, her makeup is too sever, and she needs to eat! Oh, and she’s a big ol’ dyke! Nyah!

I like the colour, but I hate that Leah Remini applies her makeup with a trowel.

Awww… lookit preggers Christa Miller! I like the color of this dress, but the “beading” effect makes it look dowdy. She should have gone with something silky or sheer.

As someone who watches her reality show religiously, and seeing all the red carpet pain she's endured the past few years, I think that's an excellent look for her. All she had to do was dump that schlub of a hubbie! She looks slimmer...too bad they didn't renew the damn show.

YES, because she created one of the most memorable sitcom characters in history, and while Will & Grace slowly went downhill over its last few seasons, she managed to be consistently hilarious no matter what material they gave her to work with.

But the real reason she won was probably because they submitted the 2 live episodes for consideration, and she's the only one who never cracked up in the middle of a line.

Why she's doing a talk show is beyond me, I find her boring in real life interviews. Which also speaks to her brilliance in creating Karen, who is nothing like her.
