HOLY SHIT! The season finale of Blade, entitled "Conclave", was EXCELLENT. The major plot points were all addressed and advanced, and they came up with a cool way for Krista to stay in tight with Marcus Van Sciver. Leave it to a comic book writer, Geoff Johns, to pull this off.
The scene where Krista was torturing Shen was brutal, chilling, and damned good. Jill Wagner is a seriously good actress, no lie.
The action was seriously as good as any major motion picture. The fight between Marcus and Blade was actually overshadowed by the fight between Krista and Chase. Those chicks beat the CRAP out of each other!
I really hope season two starts relatively soon. I'd hate to have to wait like 8-10 months for the next season.
This series is really good, give it another chance if you thought the 1st episode was bad (it was).
