My little girl has made it to the county Social Studies Fair. The topic this year is: "Taking a Stand in History: People, Ideas, Event". Her project consists of contrasting the protest styles of Bob Dylan and Green Day. She described Dylan's music as "sad poetry" and Green Day's as "angry tantrums". She, with the help of a friend, made a split screen video of "Blowin' In The Wind", and "American Idiot".

She even included this photo, with a quote from Green Day:

She learned a lot, and hopefully she'll make it to the State Fair. It's a kickass project.

I took the quick way out, also, and replied in your mine field thread.

Your brother-in-law is not fit to be his own guardian, let alone two impressionable children.

If this thing does go to court, bring oodles of documentation with you (school records to prove how the kids are thriving in your care, etc). But whatever you do, DO NOT let your sister-in-law's side of the family get those kids, unless you can be assured of their well being.
