The jury finds Cutts:
Not guilty of aggravated murder in the death of Jessie Davis. He was found guilty of the lesser charge of murder.
Guilty of aggravated murder in the death of Davis’ unborn daughter, Chloe, and the early termination of Davis’ pregnancy. He was found guilty of death penalty specifications in the charges related to Chloe.

Jury finds Cutt guilty of two counts of gross abuse of corpse and one count of child endangering.
Last Summer former Canton Ohio Policeman Bobby Cutts got into a fight with his pregnant girlfriend Jesse Davis. He admits he "accidently" killed her with an elbow to the throat during a fight. Seems she laid on the floor looking at him and grabbed on to his leg as she was dying. She was 3 days away from giving birth to their daughter Chloe. At this point, Chloe's life could have been saved. Did Cutts call 911? No, he called one of this other girlfriends to come and help him get rid of the body and the baby.
He left his 2 year old son (who probably witnessed all of this) alone in the house, and dumped the body of Jesse in the woods in one of the big metroparks. I dont want to know what the jury heard about the condition of the bodies after the animals had been at them for 9 days.
Bobby Cutts was still married and had several other girlfriends (at least one had kids with him) and he had profiles on at least 2 dating sites. He was fighting with Jesse over child support.
While normally I would resent my tax dollars going to support this useless waste of skin and space, I can't help but hope he lives out a very long life in prison where a ex-cop and baby killer will be really popular.
