Can a panic attack last several days?

I dunno, but I once had a panic attack at 6am after working till midnight the night before on a pitch, then got up at 3am drank boats load of coffee and set off on a 3 hour drive.

I thought i was having a heart attack, my hands completely seized and I couldn't drive.

Did I just go accidental partridge?

In the past, I have been hyper-anxious for days on end in anticipation of some event / inevitable consequence / life deadline / etc. that I was dreading. It can manifest itself more physically than mere anxiety the more the event / deadline / dreaded day draws near.

But then something either happens or it doesn't, I pick up the pieces, and then life goes on, which is the one thing I always forget to tell myself during the hyper-anxiety phase.

And I'm not done with them yet I'm sure. I'm pretty good at self-sabotage as a reaction to fearing change.

Chest pains are fine, its the head splitting pain you sometimes get near orgasm that annoy me.

Thanks for those evolution.

I did feel like I was having a heart attack in bed on Sunday and my body still hasn't recovered totally. My hands and feet are shakey and my chest still hurts from time to time.

One thing's for sure: I'm not going to a doctor!

But Bashir may be able to heal your discomfort. Of course, you would lose all of the visions and heightened senses that the Prophets are providing you.

Anyway, enjoy the colors. Go Ba'hala!

This thread is making me panicy. Maybe that is why I did not open it until now. CaptainWacky how is the rest of your health? Is your cholesterol okay?! Do you need to meditate and do breathing excersises and or take an aspirin a day?!?!?!??!?!? (And were you doing something strenuous?!?!??!) (You don't have to answer that last one, or any of them actually.) Hope you are feeling well soon!!!!!!

Dude, I know, I just like drank so much coffee once-or it was for like a week and by the end of the week-fuck! I was a mess! I couldn't believe the caffeine could do so much to me. I try to moderate now.

A good way to relax is too google some of your symptoms. You end up thinking you have cancer of the penis, then get distracted by a wikipedia article about penis issues, then forget about your issue.

Or you start worrying about cancer of the penis.

Speaking of unnecessary medical panics, the doctor told me I might have DVT this morning, but a quick visit to the local DVT specialist told me otherwise.

But for that hour I was convinced I was only moments away from the clot in my leg detaching and either giving me a heart attack, or a stroke, or even just plain and simple death.

Turns out I don't even have a clot, he was just being super cautious.

I always end up on the article about Penis Panic.

What is bad is when you feel like someone is following you then you realize it is your butt.

Chest pain not a good sign, ever. You could be having mini-seizures/strokes/heart attacks. Might want to go ahead and see a doctor. It will make him richer and you feel better if for no other reason than to put your mind at ease about what is going on with you. Maybe it is just too much coffee or some temporary stress.

I had a weird spot growing on the skin near my armpit so to be on the safe side, I went to the dermatologist since it looked kind of like a melanoma. It was one of these little bastards, but it was a relief to know for sure.

I still have not registered www.ratemymelanoma.com

It's where I will make a fortune, people post pictures of their moles and you rate it if you think it's cancerous or not.

EVRYONME WILL LOVE IT EVEN THE DAILY MAIL>
