Daystrom and Starman, in their heyday, came close.

Back in my Red Quacker-Trident-The Line-PhoenixFire-Mastermind-Yoshi-Starfish-etc. days, I may have come close. I gave Christian a major pain in the ass, to be sure, but I was never as talked about or as widely known as Captain Wacky and his immortals.

I hope Wacky returns, but it's hard to tell if this is a serious thing, or one of those "i'm leaving... to go to the bathroom" type ones.
