As of 10:30am CDT this morning, I am officially debt free!!!

Any and all money I make from this point forward is mine!!! :D

Beer's in the fridge...hard liquor on the bar...
 
I'll grab a tiara, there is a lovely dress in the cupboard and I have the imaginary tea set!
 
I am debt free, and have been for years!!

Well...except for my mortgage. And the payments on our two SUV's.

BUT OTHER THAN THAT, I AM DEBT FREEEEE!!

Actually, that's pretty good for a guy my age, to only have "regular" debt outstanding. Congrats, CU! Isn't it a great feeling?? I have 13 years left on my mortgage (I re-fi'd to 15 years 2 yrs ago), and when that's paid off, I'M JOININ' A COUNTRY CLUB!!

The mortgage is what I paid off this morning...last two payments at once.

I don't owe anything on my Jimmy.

My biggest expense right now is sending my two daughters to a private school. I consider that an investment in their future.
 
Now you can pee on the floor and the bank can't say a fucking thing.

I've never been in debt, but I'm still very happy for you.

Well done, I'm honestly envious. Debt sucks my hairy balls, but not well. The kinda ball suckin' where your hairs get caught in the braces.
 
Indeed it is. I know we get a bad rap for being a fiscally irresponsible country as a whole, so to hear that even one of us broke free is good news. I'm just an iresponsible kid whose biggest debt is to his parents for having him, but I still envy you and your financial freedom. Well played.
