What about Celebrity Brat Camp? Where disgraced celebrities are sent on long walks wearing heavy backpacks, made to cook their food at a camp fire and forced to put up with eachother for two weeks. At the end of their remarkable "journies" they're brought back into society as calm, collected individuals.
