She revealed to her housemates this week that she was raped and nearly murdered by a serial killer in Texas. She's the only victim to survive his attack, and was the key witness in his trial and conviction. He was executed earlier this year. She said she had to have 2 surgeries to correct the damage done to her face.

He was known as the Bathtub killer or something. There are news articles online with her name in them backing up her story.
 
Maybe for a week or two. She's also a whiner, a complainer, and a sore loser. She's also loud with an annoying laugh. But otherwise a nice girl.
 
Yeah, I just remembered Sophia talking about how she has lupus and could die at any moment and her twin sister who died...and she was the first evictee.

Maybe so, but this isn't the first time the Coup d'etat Power has been offered, so it's not unprecedented. It's just the first time someone actually used the power.

The producers schedule which events happen at which weeks beforehand; this could have turned a whole different way if another clique besides the Jocks had won the extra teammate at Week 1. And I doubt anyone else in Chima's position would have quit over not getting their way. She was already a defiant bitch who kept threatening this and that against the production, as if she could hold the show hostage or something. She was a bomb waiting for a reason to go off.

The show needs to do better psych evaluations of the auditioners at the casting stage, or at least not choose to ignore the results so much (Evel Dick, the knife guy from S3, Jerry from S10, the entire S9 cast).
 
It's the same with ours in that regard. They claim they evaluate every housemate thoroughly so that no one goes in who wouldn't be able to handle it, but then we end up with a bunch of complete nutters. Of course, we wouldn't want it any other way...
