I think Matt Smith's supposed to be on for like 2 minutes to say "Don't forget Doctor Who's coming back!" and then go but that's all I care about really.

The Smiffy bit made my ears bleed.

The David Brent bit just seemed to be loads of old black jokes.

I gave money a few days ago after seeing an appeal from Russell Brand, so this is the first year I've been able to smuggly say "I ALREADY HAVE!" everytime they ask us to pick up the fookin phone.
 
Still havent seen anything funny yet, plus as an added bonus, eastenders was even more depressing than usual.

Comic Relief just withdrew a Rowan Atkinson sketch from iplayer on the basis that it made everyone too aware of the total futility of their existence and that as we get older we inevitably get less funny until we become pathetically funny towards the end. Rowan has promised not to do any more sketches until he is 87 and unable to hold his own urine.
 
There is literally nothing sadder than the decline of Rowan Atkinson. They should show his skits instead of the Africa bits and say the money is to "make him funny again" but really send it to Africa.
 
I gave a tenner, which will keep an African warlord clothed, fed and defended by an army of child whore soldiers for 0.008 seconds.
 
I gave them a wide berth as I prefer to give my money to Oxfam. They fund much better dressed African middle class politicians.
